COSI After Dark

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Feel like a kid again as you explore the science of everyone's favorite toys. COSI After Dark is a 21+ event.

This event is for adults ages 21 and over, only. Valid photo ID required.

No time to eat before coming? Add food to your COSI After Dark ticket. Offering a variety of small plates, guests who purchase this food ticket receive a wristband for all-you-can eat menu items. Buffet is open from 6:00pm-8:30pm.

Attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets to COSI After Dark are required to purchase the buffet. COSI After Dark tickets are not included with the buffet.

A marvelous, alien world lies hidden beneath the sunlit surface. With the use of 21st-century technologies like robotics, satellite monitoring, and more, scientists are revealing the unseen habitats of the oceans’ most mysterious animals and mapping remote, inhospitable areas in unprecedented detail. Experience an ocean you never imagined in Unseen Oceans.

Attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets to COSI After Dark are required to purchase admission to Unseen Oceans. COSI After Dark tickets are not included with Unseen Oceans admission.

Unseen Oceans is included with the December 12th COSI After Dark. Timed admission ticket is not required for this date.

Unseen Oceans is organized by the American Museum of Natural History, New York (amnh.org)

Expedition: The Red Planet is a live, interactive show following humanity’s relationship to Mars. This program focuses on the past, present, and future exploration of the red planet.

Attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets to COSI After Dark are required to purchase a Planetarium show. COSI After Dark tickets are not included with Planetarium admission.

Experience the sights and sounds of one of the greatest rock bands of all time on COSI's Digital Planetarium. Stunning computer generated visuals set to the music of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" album covers the largest planetarium screen in Ohio.

Discover what is the night sky tonight over Columbus. This live show will show you the stars, constellations and planets that are above us tonight and get you ready to stargaze after COSI After Dark.

Sit back, hang on, and watch a video in the capsule as COSI's Motion Simulator takes you on a wild journey. Feel the movement as you go into space, explore the ocean, fly in a plane, and much, much more. COSI's Motion Simulator seats 6-8 people and is located across the hall from our Ocean exhibit.

Attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets to COSI After Dark are required to purchase Motion Simulator tickets. COSI After Dark tickets are not included with Motion Simulator admission.
